“And I PRAY that you, being rooted and established in love,
may have power, together with all the saints,

to GRASP how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ,
and to KNOW this love that surpasses knowledge

— that you may be filled to the measure
of all the fullness of God.”

(Ephesians 3:17-19)

“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways,” declares the LORD. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts.” (Isaiah 55:8-9)

We cannot look at God through the lens of people or our human experience. We must look at people through the lens of God and revelation.  Otherwise, we will always, ultimately re-create Him in our image. I want a Heavenview, not a worldview.

“Call to Me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.” (Jeremiah 33:3)

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything,
by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding,
will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
(Philippians 4:6-7)

“I want men everywhere to lift up holy hands in prayer, without anger or disputing.”
(1 Timothy 2:8)

We only have what we receive from Him, as we spend time delighting in His Presence.

“You will fill me with joy in Your Presence,
with eternal pleasures at Your right hand.”
(Psalm 16:11)

“Give thanks to the LORD, call on His name;
make known among the nations what He has done,
and proclaim that His name is exalted!
Sing to the LORD, for He has done glorious things;
let this be known to all the world!”
(Isaiah 12:4-5)

A great quote by John Wesley.
And perfect as we approach Pentecost Sunday.
Pentecost is not something that happened long ago that we only have memories of.
It is meant to be a living, present reality in our lives and in the Church.
So…if you want more of God’s power and passion in your life, ASK HIM!

“You do not have, because you do not ask God.”
(James 4:2)

“How much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!”
(Luke 11:13)

“Seraphim” means “burning ones”.
Seraphim are the closest angels to God in the throne room.
And they are always on fire!

It’s simple thermodynamics — the closer you get to Jesus, the more you burn for Him.
This Sunday is Pentecost Sunday.  It doesn’t have to be a time of mere remembrance.
It can be a time of IGNITION.

COME HOLY SPIRIT! MAKE US BURNING ONES FOR JESUS!!!

Here’s a short vid I created for Pentecost Sunday, which is coming up on June 8th.  Enjoy!
