Life is an awesome, amazing opportunity…and responsibility.
And as our lives accelerate, we must either commit to going deeper with Jesus,
or risk becoming a spiritual danger to all those around us.

“…and the rain descended, the floods came,
and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell.
And great was its fall.”

(Matthew 7:27)

But…if you do go deeper with Jesus, your life can be exponentially amazing.

A short, fun little vid I made about the real meaning of Christmas.   Enjoy!

“Day and night they never stop saying: Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come.” (Revelation 4:8)

I think some of the most amazing miracles or realities are the ones we seldom think about — like the miracle of existence. God IS (And He IS in a way that nothing else is). And His “IS-ness” (I AM) has always been and will always be. We on earth go “Well, yeah — of course.” But those closest to God, in the unveiled glory of Heaven, shout about it CONTINUALLY, ALL THE FREAKING TIME! (It apparently is a big deal.)

“This Child is destined to cause the falling and rising of many…”
(Luke 2:34)

Revolutions are always messy.  Ever wonder why the Prince of Peace came and died for the sins of the world and still there is much turmoil and lack of peace in the world?  That’s because He came to bring peace — but not unconditional peace.  It was a specific type of peace that He offered — and not a utopian, world-wide, political peace. His peace is only for those who are willing to make peace with God.

“Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to men on whom His favor rests.”
(Luke 2:14)

“Peace I leave with you; My peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives.”
(John 14:27)

“Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword.  For I have come to turn “a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law — a man’s enemies will be the members of his own household.”
(Matthew 10:34-36)

Our goal must never be to merely be controversial, or aggressive or argumentative. But we also have to remind ourselves of this great truth. Even when we share the love and truth of Jesus with some people, they will still reject God — and us. You will never be able to “please all the people all the time.” He told us this very clearly.

“If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated Me first. If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you. Remember the words I spoke to you: ‘No servant is greater than his master.’ If they persecuted Me, they will persecute you also. If they obeyed My teaching, they will obey yours also. They will treat you this way because of My name, for they do not know the One who sent me.” (John 15:18-21)
